Patrick has over 20 years of experience as a producer and director of TV spots, corporate image films, and marketing videos.

He has directed what you might call an intriguing mix of public figures and celebrities, including Bill Gates, John Glenn, C. Everett Koop, Val Kilmer, Joe Gibbs, Wyclef Jean, Ryan Lochte, Quincy Jones, Ross Perot, and many major political figures.

Patrick earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Communications from Drexel University, where he also played collegiate basketball.  A leader in local non-profit and philanthropic causes, he has been a featured speaker in undergraduate and graduate media production courses.

As the company’s founder and creative lead, Patrick oversees projects from strategic planning and creative direction through production and final delivery. His expertise spans corporate communications, public affairs, government messaging, brand storytelling, and documentary-style production. He is known for translating complex ideas into clear, compelling narratives while meeting strict compliance, quality, and timeline requirements.

Patrick works closely with senior executives, communications leaders, and public-sector stakeholders to ensure messaging accuracy, strategic alignment, and professional execution.

Tom is the CFO/COO at RaffertyWeiss Media. He is in charge of all financial and operational functions for the company and brings over 23 years of experience as a CFO/COO of various small businesses with him.

Tom has worked with companies ranging from 5 to 250 full-time employees, from startups to established family businesses, handling all financial and accounting matters as well as some operational functions. He works directly with the RaffertyWeiss Media staff every week.

Tom earned his Bachelor of Business Administration with a degree in accounting from Siena College, where he also played basketball for four years. He then became a CPA and worked as a public accountant for the first ten years before becoming a consultant and business owner.

Brie has been with RaffertyWeiss Media since 2015 and has handled a variety of projects, both large and small, as a producer and editor. She has produced and edited hundreds of videos and various multimedia projects, from internal communications to nationwide PSA campaigns to marketing promos shared on websites and social media platforms for clients across the non-profit, government, and corporate sectors.

Brie also oversees the day-to-day management of all video projects in the post-production phase.

She is an excellent communicator, and her expertise and guidance to our RaffertyWeiss Media clients, ad agency contacts, and production heads during pre-production and all the way to post-production is amazing.

Not only does Brie edit, but she also helps in the creation, planning, and pitching of visual themes and motifs best suited to each project’s aim, audience, and overall message.

Whether its taking a project in post-production to create the finished piece she has many other talent and skills including transferring/transcoding and archiving/organizing digital assets; non-linear editing of footage and other digital assets; designing and composing graphic elements; creating/animating motion graphics; grading raw footage; identifying appropriate final delivery systems for finished projects and providing on-time deliverables to our clients.

Jonathan Stein is a Producer and Project Manager at RaffertyWeiss Media with more than a decade of experience managing complex video production projects for corporate and government clients.

He specializes in aligning creative execution with operational structure, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget. Jonathan serves as a central point of coordination between clients, creative teams, and external partners, maintaining clarity and efficiency throughout the production lifecycle.

Jonathan is a native Washingtonian, an award-winning producer, and a certified Project Management Professional (PMP). Jonathan brings over 20 years of experience across a diverse range of clients, from Fortune 500 companies, TV networks, and studios, to government agencies, associations, institutions, and non-profits. Jonathan got his professional start in film/tv development for Academy Award-winning producers at Warner Bros., Showtime, Hallmark Channel, and NBC. He moved into producer and supervisor roles for various documentaries, features, and commercials. Since moving back to DC, Jonathan has worked in the corporate, government, and non-profit world, wearing various hats including producer, videographer, editor, and project manager on hundreds of branded videos. Jonathan is thrilled to be part of the team at RaffertyWeiss Media, using his experience in video production and project management to focus on new business development and client relations.

Andrew Powers is a Junior Editor and Motion Graphics specialist at RaffertyWeiss Media with more than three years of professional experience supporting post-production and visual storytelling.

He works closely with senior editors and producers to create motion graphics, animations, and refined edits that enhance clarity and visual impact. Andrew’s contributions help maintain the high production standards expected by corporate and public-sector clients.

Originally from Sonoma, California, Andrew is a video editor and motion designer. He graduated from American University with a degree in Film and Media Arts. As an editor/motion designer, Andrew has worked on projects that range from marketing to documentaries to podcasts and social media content. He has worked with clients such as Expedia, the New England Aquarium, Destination Vancouver, and Maryland Public Television.
