Tom Roginski is the CFO/COO of RaffertyWeiss Media and oversees all of the company’s financial and operational functions. His more than 23 years of experience as a CFO and COO support the budget control, operational continuity, and scalable production delivery that complex client engagements require.
Tom has led finance and operations for companies ranging from 5 to 250 full-time employees, from startups to established family businesses, and works directly with the RaffertyWeiss Media team every week.
He earned his Bachelor of Business Administration in accounting from Siena College, where he also played basketball for four years. He then became a CPA and worked as a public accountant for ten years before becoming a consultant and business owner.
