Tom is the CFO/COO at RaffertyWeiss Media. He is in charge of all financial and operational functions for the company and brings over 23 years of experience as a CFO/COO of various small businesses with him.

Tom has worked with companies ranging from 5 to 250 full-time employees, from startups to established family businesses, handling all financial and accounting matters as well as some operational functions. He works directly with the RaffertyWeiss Media staff every week.

Tom earned his Bachelor of Business Administration with a degree in accounting from Siena College, where he also played basketball for four years. He then became a CPA and worked as a public accountant for the first ten years before becoming a consultant and business owner.
