The campaign encourages people born between 1945 and 1965 to get tested for the disease. RaffertyWeiss produced the PSA from creative development, to script, to screen. RW provided the CDC with a selection of three different concepts to choose from, all of which would highlight the “1945-1965” message as a way of reaching the target audience of adults born between those years. Video recording was completed over two days at five different locations in the Washington, DC metro area. RaffertyWeiss cast all talent, scouted and secured the recording locations, directed on-camera talent, auditioned and directed voiceover talent, and performed video and final audio editing.
