RaffertyWeiss Media has produced internal, external, marketing/sales and training videos for the telecom industry for the past fifteen years.  From our early days with MCI and Nextel to Sprint and BlackBerry we have produced hundreds of telecom videos for these wireless and hardware providers.

For Sprint we have written, produced and directed numerous marketing vertical videos that have covered the healthcare, transportation, hospitality, federal government, public safety, construction, higher education and utilities.  The videos are created using Sprint customers telling the viewer how they utilize the wireless solution in their specific industry.  Fast paced editing, engaging visuals of the customer using the product in the workplace and interesting sound bites from the Sprint customer have proven a valuable for the Sprint sales team nationally.  The videos are pushed out to the sales team through Sprint’s website so they can tailor their presentation and drop the video into their pitch. 

For BlackBerry (RIM) we have produced videos for several police departments in Baltimore and outside of Boston, MA.  The videos were highlighting a software solution used on the BlackBerry called the PocketCop.  Using soundbites from law enforcement officers and administrators we showed how the officers use the PocketCop solution in their day to day responsibilities.  These videos were a powerful tool for BlackBerry and PocketCop because it quickly told a story visually and highlighted how it has made the police officers more efficient and effective in protecting their communities.

Another telecom video we produced for Sprint used high-end 2D and 3D animation to help market their 4G solutions for the heathcare industry.   The challenge with this video was the actual Sprint product and solution was not out in the market yet.  Through animation we brought to life what Sprint 4G was going to look in a healthcare setting.  We took our visual cues from still images and a few video news stories and created a five minute animated video that takes the viewer through different healthcare environments –  the ER, an ambulance and in a home setting all of these environments were created with stunning 2D and 3D animations and brought to life with professional voices, music and sound design.  This animated video is being used at trade shows and for the Sprint marketing team to show other potential healthcare providers how the Sprint 4G solution works in this space.
