Chris Weiss
Chris has over 15 years as a writer, producer and director of film and television productions.
Before co-founding RaffertyWeiss, Chris specialized in corporate image and marketing for six years as a film and video producer with MCI Telecommunications in Washington D.C. He got his start in film and media production working on documentary films as an Associate Producer and Editor for York Zimmerman Television in Washington, DC.
Chris holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Geology from West Virginia University, and he has completed graduate level courses in film and video production at American University in Washington, DC. He was a Hydrogeologist working on pollution remediation projects before making the obvious transition into film and television production.

Patrick Rafferty
Patrick has over 17 years of experience as a producer and director of TV spots, corporate image films and marketing videos.
He has directed what you might call an intriguing mix of public figures and celebrities, including Bill Gates, John Glenn, C. Everett Koop, Val Kilmer, Joe Gibbs, Wyclef Jean, Ross Perot, Elizabeth Dole, Bob Dole, Rosalyn Carter, Barbara Bush, and Hillary Clinton.
Patrick earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Communications from Drexel University where he also played collegiate basketball. He is a native Washingtonian and has been a featured speaker in undergraduate and graduate media production courses.
